in the garden

Spent the day in the garden.  Exhausted.  Won’t bore you with the details but it involved breaking up reinforced concrete (Anniemay is now officially stronger than me), disposing of said concrete by hiding it under some decking, shifting loads of gravel and making a raised bed from some sleepers.

While I packed away the tools she dashed in doors and made me a blackberry and apple crumble.
