Summer wheat

I think this is a new wheat crop but I am not sure.  It does give a nice lawn effect looking across at the church.  C. and C. came round for coffee after church.  I then had to try to extricate myself from an unfortunate double booking mess I had made of a short break away and a badminton tournament.  The flower festivals in the local churches have started now even though we no longer have the flower parade.  Mrs TT will be entertaining on the organ this afternoon and I am a helper without portfolio but will probably end up on the tombola.  The cake stall is not to be missed!
