Nae Bishops! Nae Painted Windaes!

In 1651, Oliver Cromwell and his New Model Army thought it would be a good idea to invade Fife. One the way he met this bunch of Covenanters.

We spent an entertaining afternoon at Aberdour Castle watching these 're-enactors' living the life of a 17th century Covenanter. Lots of musket fire, pike drills and cannon shot.
