Balcony Bulletin

Spotted from our bedroom balcony this morning. Love that the guy on the right has a smile on his face - so good when someone enjoys their work. Love the details on this old house (notice the window under his feet), and love that they're doing it up - a sign that Mourão is looking up again, I hope. Have I said it's a depressed area because when the Lake was flooded, the two main sources of employment were lost, and the new bridge meant that the main road to Spain bypassed the town, so employment in bars and restaurants also declined? So many families have had to leave the town to survive.

In other news from our balconies, I think the storklings might have started hatching... can't see properly, even though Mike has been up a ladder trying.
