Under blue skies

I enjoyed a lovely walk with the dogs yesterday afternoon, it was slow however the pace suited Mylo and myself. ( I am still hobbling around , how  long do injuries take to heal when old age creeps in!!!!) Anyway , Fin was not for walking at our snail's pace. He was off exploring! The woods are above the farm and now are full of birdsong plus plenty honeybees buzzing about. I think they were our bees, we successfully nurtured our hive through the winter and the forager bees are extremely busy now. Plenty pollen around for them, we took the remains of the fondant pack off the feeder , it was all gone and popped a super on. Hopefully some spring blossom honey soon.
