Lasagne (again)

Lord, this is good lasagne. I made it this evening for the Minx and Hannah, who is up this weekend for her step-sister's twenty-first birthday. When I have a chance - most likely the next time I make it and post *another* photo of it here - I'll blog the recipe, too.

Complemented by a salad made by the Minx and accompanied by a bottle of wine or two, it went down an absolute treat.
