Blue Hare

at altitude the mountain hares have not fully changed from winter white yet. Up here, there were a group of these and the hillside was full of birdsong; the extra shows the Ring Ouzel, that was piping loudly but still not willing to show himself , Skylarks were on the grassland lower down, Wheatears were high up and I heard but did not see the Golden Plover. It's lovely to have the summer migrants back.
Had a great walk too.
