Water Ballet

I'm almost finished with this painting of the jays. It is 9 inches by 12 and painted in oils. We all had a great day painting at open studio today. I even remembered to bring my lunch. Everybody did such great work today. I love seeing the wonderful paintings my friends create. And having visited a few local galleries, I am even more impressed with their work.

Helena visited Arvin today so I took a day off. Steve will be here shortly to play a game and then walk back home to do some more work. He is a print maker and works from home. So he can choose what hours and days he works. I love his work. Here is his website if you'd like to see his work.
