Fabulous fungi

The bluebells in Rivey Wood today were spectacular but what about these? I needed to persuade Jess to climb the tree (no problem) so you could get the scale.

An early start and pointless visit to Addenbrookes for a minor operation with Ben didn't bode well, but the day got worse when it became clear that Dad was feeling utterly overwhelmed with the situation at home.  So now I'm going to Croydon on Friday for respite and to sort out a plan of action...

On a more positive note a friend on FB suggested Sam may be able to 'sell' some of my photos of Linton as cards and raise a bit of money for Peru.  I'm looking into it.
