Running

I took the view of the water tower from my more regular walk and 'processed' it the same way as yesterday, and reassuringly have similar results.

Whilst I was faffing around taking photos friend Kate H ran past me, now that is what I should be doing as well as just walking the dog...

The Easter weekend spent with my parents has caused Sarah and I to urge Dad to try and get more help, and sooner rather than later.  Mum is wandering around at night, and twice has got out of the house. She has started trying to eat odd things (raw garlic/bacon/onion) and has continence confusion - so needs to be watched all the time.  My poor Dad is exhausted and has damaged his shoulder so is in a lot of pain.

I wish I had a magic wand :-(
