Any ideas?

This creature (which looks mummified) has appeared on our bathroom window ledge.  I'm not sure whether it was there to start with or whether it travelled back from North Yorkshire in the toothbrush bag.  It's very small, perhaps just over a cm in length.  I've put the rear view on as an extra.  I can't see the detail just by looking at it.  Apologies, I should have used a narrow aperture than f5.  I quite like this effect but it does leave gaps (for the imagination).
