Please do not feed me bread

It is upsetting to see people ignoring signs not to feed the birds on ponds and lakes.  We saw these Tufted ducks in Rouken Glen with signs nearby.

Please do not feed me bread
Bread is very bad for me as I can’t digest it properly
It is ‘junk food’ for birds and will me make fat and unwell.
Throwing bread into the pond will encourage bacteria and algae which are harmful to other wild life.
Please feed me natural foods like peas, cabbage, broccoli or bird seed which will keep me strong and healthy.
Spread the food around the pond and don’t leave it in one place.
