Northhop Festival

Wee nicht oot for Kim's belated birthday celebrations where we sampled home grown Scottish posh booze and craft beers and cider along with street food from food story and other fine emporiums. I stuck to some strawberry cider and bellini cocktails while the rest of them went for it and mixed spirits, beer, cider and cocktails galore, with much much much gin involved across the board (see exhibit A above, Kim and Wendy with a glass of pop in hand).

Wendy and I got hot flushes and beamers at the food story chilli while Kim and Dave C went from stall to stall like a couple of pros, Dave G made sure he stuck to the tastiest tipples while Dave S just bloody went for it. And yes, you read that right, we all married men called David. Storytelling can get confusing at times as a result. And also, Thor wasn't a common name back in the day.
