Balloon ride

Going back to work after a fantastic weekend can bring a case of the blues. Rushing from meeting to meeting and feeling a little fraught, I was completely surprised when a lovely bunch of flowers and a balloon arrived for me! Thank you Dee and Rob! Cycling home from work I attached the balloon to my handlebars and carried the flowers in the side pocket of my rucksack (napsack?!). They got me lots of smiles from people I passed on the way.

The balloon is now serving an an imitation sun in our new basement apartment which is pretty dark and dingy!
