Euphorbia Polychroma

Identified by a neighbour, this bright patch of yellow is in one of our flowerbeds. Yellow flowers in April, bright green foliage in summer and red leaves in the autumn. Folk lore says, if brought into the house, it can bring down the household with illness, (maybe because the sap is poisonous) It has protective energies and although the stems and leaves can be brought indoors, the plant itself must stay outside to grow and protect the house from bad luck. Today, Saturday is the last day of using eye drops so will look forward to catching up with everybody. Thank you for all your good wishes and comments. I have one more treatment in May.
