Windy walk

I assumed the gym was closed today, so I didn't bother even thinking of going. It was open. Instead, I took a brisk walk up the hill with Archie. Actually, it was quite hard going today, and it was so windy at the top I didn't sit around for too long on the bench gasping enjoying the view.

While we were out, JR had busied herself making tasty nibbles to accompany drinkies this afternoon. I arrived back in time to help assemble them.

Our neighbour from across the road came to visit. We've been meaning to invite her over for ages. Rufus and his mum came too, and we had a most convivial afternoon/ evening.
