Water under the Bridge

Whadya mean, bridge? Wheresa bridge, eh?

Well, my friend. That was then and this is now. Then is the 6th of April and Now is the 7th of September. Not many Blips to show for a journey that has been long as a long thing.

I've not done many exciting things, but it has certainly been a year of "events". See what you think. I think I'll have another Bailey's and see if I have enough stamina to Back-Blip from half a year away.

The Lovely Ange and I walked the Routeburn. This is what greeted us at the end of day one. Heavy packs told us that we weren't really as fit as we would like, but as fit as we needed to be. And that's enough.
