Rodin

After a late start this morning, we used our honored citizen transit passes again to go to the art museum -- arriving there at noon!

Our main objective was to see the Rodin special exhibition -- a selction of 52 bronze pieces from the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Collections. It was wonderful!

We looked at several other exhibits -- C will probably mention them all -- before collapsing onto our chairs in the museum cafe for a light lunch.

The next destination was Cascade Brewing. Our timing was really bad -- a thunderstorm broke as we were walking to the bus stop and it happened to be one without a shelter. We were quite soggy by the time the bus came, but dried off while we sampled more than a few tastes of Cascade's finest and had a light dinner.

While I had been cursing the rain, Bellinghamsters had been enjoying sunshine, and temperatures 12 deg F/7 C warmer!
