Victoria plum blossom

In the community orchard.  Of the apple trees only Scotch Dumpling was showing any signs of flowering (see extra) but the plum trees were looking gorgeous.

A very busy day with lots of phone calls and childcare. In between the most lovely catch up,with a friend who's just become a grandmother for the second time and who is delighting in the new arrival.
