Supply and Demand

Who'da thunk buying a brush could be so complicated. Goat hair is recommended for encaustic.
Synthetic is no good cos it shrinkles up (sorry I think I just made that word up... cross between shrivels and wrinkles???)
A jaunt to Hobbycraft entailed... bristle hmmm... is bristle natural or synthetic.?
Can be both apparently - natural of course is much more expensive.
Ho hum...
Oh - and I sold the embroidery today... feel happy/sad about it... but it will balance out the cost of some of the encaustic gear.
