Things is Hotting Up

That's the ever patient E in my studio this morning setting up the hot plate that I hope to be heating up the wax and encaustic medium soon. Then the cement board arrived that has to go on the table surface to make it fireproof.
Made me tidy the studio anyway!
Expensive pigment sticks from R and F -American makers)... c/o Jacksons Art Supplies (London based) so at least the postage wasn't crippling.
Got some metal pipette/eye dropper things from the states ordered... but had a card from the postie to say they were being held at the Post Office cos there was customs to pay :-(
