Pinot noir

Son C has started a Bachelor of Viticulture and Winemaking, and as part of the course he, and the rest of his class, are required to make their own wine.  Yesterday C picked his grapes, and today he got in amongst his produce and squashed the juice out of them.   He's added the yeast and apart from that, I'm not actually sure what else is going to happen.  I will find out though, as C facetimes everynight and explains all he has done.  By the end of the year, we will be as knowledgeable as he is about making wine - well perhaps not, but it is certainly interesting hearing about what he is up to and great to hear how much he is enjoying the course.

Although not my photo, I just had to post this tonight as a record of what C is getting up to!  Hopefully we will get to taste the end product.
