More Swans

Had to smile as I saw these two swans coming down the canal this morning.  They were heading, arrow straight, along the section in cutting and had travelled perhaps half a mile in the time I was watching them.  Completely unfazed by my presence, they provided some added interest to the scene, where I was trying to capture the filtered light in an area of dense trees.

I also revisited the same scene from Wednesday last week, giving it a slightly different treatment to emphasise soft light.  The rest of the day was spent in a consultancy day on our new software system.  It proved quite difficult to concentrate having stayed up to watch Sergio Garcia win his first golfing major.
