Event of the day was 150 mile round trip to the hospital which has been looking after me for the past fifteen years.
I owe the staff there a huge amount as they have given me ten years of high quality life when twelve years ago it looked as though I would be wheelchair bound for the rest of my life.

Today was a check. Think of it as a 5,000 car service.

It was brilliant. My appointment was for 1p.m.
Checked in at 12.40. Called in for scan at 12.45. Leaving hospital at 12.55. NHS could not be beaten.
