Herdwick Ewes

This is one of sixty full size models of Herdwick Ewes placed in the central Lake District between Windermere and Keswick. Each is sponsored by a local business and decorated by a local artist.

It is hoped that by the end of the season they will have raised £1.3 million for charity. London has had elephants, buses and book benches. We are not to be outdone.
