Early Bird Didn't Get The Grub

Took the path behind the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art to the Water of Leith steps. The robin on the right pulled a grub out of the ground. The robin on the left flew down and ate it.

There were other birds, the heron, goosander and a crow.made an appearance, but the shots weren't as good as I'd like.

Walking back through the Dean Cemetery, I manage to get a nice shot of a sparrow that landed on a tree branch close to me. Didn't move, just watched me.
