He's Not A Puppy Or A Pony...

Meet the newest member of family Kit, he's a Bearded Dragon and has been provisionally named Diego (I say provisionally as we don't actually know that he's not a she!).

He's a about 4 months old, so still a baby with plenty of growing yet to do reaching about 50cm when fully grown.

I know lizards are not everyone's idea of beauty or an ideal pet, but I have always loved them and was an avid reptile keeper when I was at university so am delighted that Sushi has developed the same interest and have offered to help him with Diego's handling and training.

I hope that I haven't disappointed anyone that he's not a puppy or a pony...but I think he's nearly as cute..
