Just add water: carragheen
aka Irish moss. Love this stuff, so pretty when hydrated, and then so gloopy when you whizz it up. I'm going to use this to thicken a mousse, tomorrow's sweet treat.
Any leftovers will be applied to my skin - it makes an excellent face mask.
