Wooden platform near Bartlow Station.

Wooden platform just beyond Bartlow Station, almost rotted away now. The extra photo is of a group of what look like Tett Turrets, a kind of one man pillbox that were produced to help counter the threat of invasion. How a dozen or so of these come to be beside the track near this platform I can only guess... Perhaps they were delivered by train for local defence and then never used (thank goodness). If anyone knows more about them I'd be interested to hear.
