Full of the joys of April!!

Despite the forecast, it’s been a beautiful Spring day! It was so warm in the sunshine that I gave up on indoor jobs and instead found a sunny corner in the garden to have lunch and read my latest book group book. The garden was full of birds, butterflies, blossom, and bees - a bee-utiful day!!

Another sure sign that the weather’s changed for the better is the appearance in the garden of a fat, fluffy cat; Toffee is most definitely a fair weather cat and will only venture outdoors when there’s warm sunshine about! Today she was merrily rolling about on the lawn, full of the joys of April!!
