...known as spider flowers the Grevillea growing in an unruly hedge under my bedroom window is also a bee magnet.
They arrive  as the sun warms up the nectar rich flowers (extra) but long before that the honey eaters arrive as a dawn chorus rivaling a neighbour's rooster!
