national walking day...

...is the first Wednesday in April.

New to me but thanks to junior's school's 'Snazzy Sneakers and Socks' day not only did he and his fellow students raise funds for their sister school in East Timor they walked for fitness.

These, not so snazzy ,boots also donned today for a walk...walking Glacier NP, Yellowstone NP and the magics of Montana are memoried in their soles...or should that be souls.
