Inside a bowl....

Had a wonderful swim this morning at the Inverary, my dear friend Charlotte was there so we walked and chatted....then we both did our swimming thing!   so wonderful to be in the water, exercising my knee.  it feels so much better when i'm working it...seems so counter intuitive to me....if there is pain stop using it~ but apparently not in this case.

I love trimming bowls, i use a tool that produces these ribbon like trimmings on the inside!
