Blousy blooms.

A bright and breezy day and I had planned to photograph our Fritillary Imperialis but I think they need a couple more days to open, providing they don't get blown away.

A week on from my last picture of the Magnolia tree the blooms are still looking magnificent. Big, blousy and open in the sunshine so I decided to give them another airing on blip as after all they will soon be gone until next year.

We are off on a little adventure this evening. We usually meet friends in the local for a couple of hours early doors on a Wednesday. Tonight we are going to the next village, on the bus! Intrepid pensioners all, we are out to use our bus passes to the full. Hope we find our way back.
