Sun Salutations!

A full day in the studio for one-on-one teacher training...i missed some beautiful warm weather. I came home to a fabulous dinner prepared by my family then young son headed off to the train station to visit friends fowntown for the night. I made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies as we have a house full of company over the next few days. This photo is of my homework assignment, i will be teaching this next week.
