Yoga Conference Time Again!

Spent the day at the yoga conference, one of my favorite things to do! It is only here once a year so i wait a long time for this. I took 3 training sessions today, 2 were related - chakras and the 3rd eye. The final one was difficult but fascinating as it was all about Sanskrit history and phonetics. Very good for me but tiring day, especially since our plane was 4 hrs late last night and we didnt get to sleep until 2 am.
