A busy 24 hours from Friday morning through to Saturday early morning makes this a back blip on Saturday afternoon.

An early morning wander through the park to have coffee again with SK, before picking up a few messages and popping into the pharmacy before settling in for a day of reading and commenting. I worked right through until it was time to leave for dinner with V and J, over on the other side of town. The choice between the Number 11 bus 29 stops and a taxi was easy to make :-) Lots of splendid chat on all manner of topics until late in the evening, when I realised that I needed to be up only 6 hours later in order to offer my thoughts to BBC Good Morning Scotland.... So we legged it back home urgently....

You want a post-operative first for today (i.e. the Saturday after the Friday)? First proper hangover.
