Neighbourly Baking

Each year, our neighbour brings us a plate of rice and curry to celebrate the end of Ramadan.

In return, I like to fill the empty plate with cakes or biscuits. This flapjack with seeds and berries (only slightly burnt!) was this year's offering.

Hope they liked it.
