Magnificent

I am fortunte to work in a building whose grounds are filled with magnificent old trees and shrubs.  The magnolia tree on the front lawn is now at its best, its branches filled with pink and white flowers.  Today it was sunny and the petals almost glistened in the light.  It makes the day so much more a pleasure to see this tree as I drive into work.   In Extras you can see the full tree. At 19 degrees it almost felt like summer today!
