Went for my annual blood test today.......I have low levels of several important minerals ( even though I take supplements and have a varied diet), so I have to have them checked every year........thus far I've managed to squeak in at the lower end of normal, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I don't want even more tablets to take :-)
