Vancouver Airport?

Nope....not the Vancouver airport I flew into from Heathrow. They don't make Boeing 777's with floats :)

Staying right down at the harbour front in quite a nice hotel (it's a hard life) and there is a pretty busy seaplane operation here with aircraft leaving and arriving every 15 minutes.

It's quite funny seeing them taxi out with the boats and then just find a nice clear bit of water facing into the wind to take off.

I wonder if I can sell them a nice shiny new computer system in return for a wee pleasure flight?
