Grey and White

I spent a wonderful day bird spotting with my daughter and her partner who is an avid twitcher and very knowledgable.........unfortunately it was cold, grey and foggy but that didn't stop us hearing and occasionally seeing at a distance some rarer birds that I would have normally missed......what a treat it was :-)
Typically just as I was packing up to come home out came the sun and blue sky .......but even that couldn't spoil my enjoyment of a very pleasurable but tiring day :-))
