Birthday drinks

If I learnt one thing from my fiftieth birthday, it's that the best birthdays are not constrained to one day. So, curry with the kids on Friday, *actual* birthday on Sunday, trip out with the Minx, yesterday, and, today, drinks with friends in Chorley.

One of them, Sarah, who runs The Bees Country Kitchen, was kind enough to give me this, a bottle of their Black Forest gin. I had a quick glass when we got in. It's gorgeous. I will tip you the wink when they're selling online.
