Into the Great Wide Opening

Tom Petty came to mind when looking at this view.

A busy day giving a hand with foody goods going to the first producers market of the year. A glorious day to head to the village hall of Craignure with loaves of sour dough and lovely cakes for Mother's Day.

It was good to attend, not that busy - we didn't think it would be - and interesting to meet other producers and to gain an idea of what's likely to sell, the bread disappeared rapidly, the selection of cakes (all made with quality ingredients) at an even pace.

I'm delighted to see the interest in sour dough bread having been a long time fan, our baker could give you all the good reasons for eating it, my reason is The Taste.

Almost a selfie in the foreground.
