You Should Have Heard Them

We spent last night at Sidney Spit BC Canada and then headed out this morning for Roche Harbor, our home port. After leaving Sidney Spit, we happened upon two little rocky islands...full of every bird imaginable. The racket was amazing...my idea of bird heaven, although it could drive you mad in about 10 minutes:))

The cormorants were out in full force...there was one lonely tree with no leaves on it, which was a spot for the birds to rest, but I thought this shot of the rocks really captured the sheer number of birds!!
