beech-nuts

Oh my word...This morning we decided to do some gardening and to start I had to "collect" beech- nuts.... I counted 767 "capsules" of those beech- nuts in my meadow... And I am sure there are 1000s more still in the  tree hanging.... later on we worked in the garden for more than 5 hours. Was a busy day but the sun did shine- there is still a cold wind blowing. 
Still doing fine with my eating - some fruits - low carb - lots of water.... I am happy with me so far....
