Preparing the Park

Saw Banana Joe and his co-worker power washing and sweeping in the park, so I rushed over to take a photo.  Joe told me that they were getting rid of the moss on the pavement in preparation for opening day of the market on April 1st.  The vendors set up their booths along the pavement.  Some signs of spring, with the blossoms on the trees barely starting to bloom.  Joe used to blip but hasn't for a long time.  He's an amazing gardener and does grow bananas here, so is well known as Banana Joe. 
I decided to add a mystery man tag since the co-worker had his back to me and I don't know him.  :)
