The Lagoon

at the Helix park. Since we had not been for much of a walk this morning or afternoon, we went over to the Helix this evening and had an excellent brisk walk round the Lagoon and then the adjacent Kelpies. There are usually plenty of swans on the lagoon but the tufted ducks are a recent arrival.
One of the reasons we hadn't been out much earlier can be seen on the extra photo. I opened the living room blinds this morning to find this - snow piling up on the window! Hopefully, this will be winter's last blast!
