Theatre

A day in Twyford today. I was hoping the weather might have been a little better, instead today it is warmer in Aberdeen. I took a walk through the village and went to one of the pubs for lunch.

Pub lunches are not what they were, not during the week anyway, I was their only customer during the period I was in the pub. The owner/managers were watching the racing from Cheltenham.

The building in the photograph is one I passed on the way to the pub. I think it is a community centre and theatre. I have always quite liked it, in part for the style, but also the brickwork. There are many other older buildings in Twyford than this, including the pub I was in, and the Alms House at the other end of the village.
