MM 165: Community

The Church - the centre of the community. Although maybe not this church. Not any more, that is!

I called in here on my way home (ok - a slight diversion) from coffee with my Monday friends.This was taken in St Mary The Virgin - a dark and largely deserted 12th century church, now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. There are still the remains of medieval paintings on the walls - fascinating to see...... 

Print of the year completion at camera club this evening - not holding my breath!
